Torah Bright has picked up another snowboard halfpipe pro
trophy, winning the World Superpipe Championships in the Salt
Lake 2002 Olympic pipe.
Bright defeated Japanese rider Soko Yamaoka and the 2002 Olympic
gold medallist Kelly Clark, taking the $15,000 first prize in
the best of three runs event.
The win followed her victory in the X-Games at the beginning of
the year and the Nippon Open at the end of February
Torino 2006 Olympic champion Shaun White won the men's event
from Danny Davis and Mason Aguirre.
