Davina Williams has just missed a place on the podium at the
world junior freestyle championships, finishing fourth in dual
moguls.
The NSWIS/SAL 17 year-old also finished tenth in the single
(Olympic format) moguls.
Team-mates Anna Segal, Phillipa O'Donnell and Zoe Booth all went
out in the first round of the duals, while in the single moguls,
Anna finished 19th, Phillipa 21st and Zoe 22nd. In the men’s
moguls, Lucas Beaumont placed 35th.
World Cup finalist, 16 year-old Hannah Kearney of the U.S.A,
showed her potential by winning both single and duals gold
medals.
In the women’s halfpipe, Davina placed second, Zoe fourth and
Anna fifth, while Davey Bowe was equal second in the men’s.
