The NSWIS - SSA Australian Development mogul team has concluded its training camp in Airolo, Switzerland with excellent results at the Swiss- Italian Cup mogul competition today. The camp here has been extremely successful and all athletes have made significant improvement in their skiing, we are back on track in a major way after the limited training in Canada.
Today's results as follows:

3rd (9.25 points) |
| Emma Chapman- Davies (Australia) |
4th (8.49 points) qualified 1st |
Top 6 in the women's eliminations qualified for finals
Both girls skied extremely well in the finals and Nicole's win was well deserved, Emma was having one of the best runs I have ever seen put down until the bottom air where she jumped a back flip that was too big, I have never seen her go that big before and she has really stepped it up this past week....
| Men's results: |
| Robert Lovick (Australia) |
1st (24.23 points) qualified 1st |
| Marco Hofstetter |
2nd (23.29 points) |
| Sam Hall (Australia) |
3rd (22.63 points) qualified 7th |
| Simone Truaisch (Switzerland) |
4th (20.74 points) |
| Nadir Lafranchi (Switzerland) |
5th (20.43 points) |
| Claudio Bosia (Italy) |
6th (20.41 points) |
| Pablo Lafranchi (Switzerland) |
7th (20.05 points) |
| Rohan Chapman-Davies |
8th (19.00 points) qualified 5th |
| David Graham |
13th (12.86 points) |
Top 12 in the men's eliminations qualified for finals
Rob Lovick had a fantastic run in the finals and a well deserved winner of the event, Sam Hall stepped it up in finals with a 3rd pace which I and many other coaches believed should have placed 2nd....but that's judging in Europe for you!
Rohan Chapman Davies skied above his ability and his turns were the best I have seen him produce to date, significant improvements here
Good old Diamond Dave Graham was having an exceptional run until the bottom air and went way to big on his front flip, would have made finals easy had he landed it!
As a result Diamond Dave is wearing the shirt of shame proudly supplied by Alex Moore and the Brisbane Lions AFL football club for the next week....
We are departing for Chatel, France tomorrow in preparation for the Europe Cup events February 1 + 2, 2008 where I will have another update for you all.
