EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Board Appointments
Ski & Snowboard Australia (SSA)
is the nationally and
internationally recognised
authority governing competitive
Snowsports in Australia
SSA is affiliated with the
Federation Internationale de Ski
(FIS), Australian Olympic
Committee and the Australian
Sports Commission.
SSA is seeking expressions of
interest from individuals
interested in being considered
for appointment to the board
under Section 32(c) of the
company’s constitution. The
constitution requires the
existing 5 elected directors to
appoint 4 additional directors,
hence this notice.
Applicants must have suitable
skills compatible with the
board’s desire to achieve and
maintain success at the elite
level, together with the need to
achieve growth and relevance at
all levels of the sport.
Applicants are encouraged to
visit the SSA website (www.skiandsnowboard.org.au)
to view additional background
information including existing
strategic plan documents,
policies, funding information,
and sport program reports.
Applicants should submit a brief
resume in support of their
expression of interest, which
should be received by the SSA
office no later than COB Friday
16th November 2007.
