NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is given that a Special General Meeting of Ski & Snowboard Australia Limited will be held on Monday 4 June, 2007 at

Vibe Hotel, 100 Bayswater Rd, Rushcutters Bay, Sydney at 6pm

BUSINESS

Resolution 1:

To receive and consider
a. The Financial Statement and Reports of Directors
b. The Auditor report in respect of the year ended 31 October 2006.

Resolution 2:

It is proposed to alter the Constitution of Ski and Snowboard Australia Limited (SSA).

The following motion, specifying the intention to propose the resolution as a special resolution, has been notified to the Chief Executive Officer by the Board as a special resolution under clause 21 of the Constitution and section 136(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Act”):

THAT the existing Constitution of SSA be replaced with the Constitution, with or without amendment, as annexed by a web link to this Notice. The new constitution can be viewed and downloaded at www.skiandsnowboard.org.au
